Beastie Boys logo created by Cey Adams. Lots of Beastie ephemera to gawk at from hand written lyric sheets, records, shirts and photos. RIP MCA.
One of my favorite displays was the collection of toy trains all painted up with incredible detail. Super dope work!
Be sure to stop by Trash Records…modeled after an indie record store. Check out all the graffiti-inspired records and feel free to give ’em a spin on the turntable.
Bill Barminski’s cardboard living room is also a highlight…feel free to sit on the couch and get interactive…touch, feel, pose for Instagram!
Swoon
straight outta the Rhode Island School of Design…Shepard Fairey
Paid…mad graffiti skills and a jedi master of sign making.
John Ahearn (his twin brother is Charlie Ahearn, director of Wild Style) with his son who happens to be the model for John’s sculpture of the kid with the basketball pictured above.
